That is true...but just as L used his own resources to try and reveal Kira, Light also used Ryuk and Rem as his own resources, but i guess either way, having a death god as a resource IS unfair

If she is dead, i highly doubt it was caused by death note online. Even so, why target her? If you wanna be like Light, you would've started with actual criminals. If by some chance the online death note actually works for you...it's gonna be gone soon anyways

Yes, but don't forget that L wasn't completely alone, he was part of an investigations team also after Kira and the fact that Ryuk doesn't really fight against L

I can personally say that I support the idea Kira had, killing the criminals and those who sought to expose Kira. I mean killing the criminals who have been found guilty for certain is justice, and those who try to stop the one bringing justice should be taken out for trying to stop justice
