I pirate because I don't feel like buying an entire $16-$20 CD for one song that I happen to like. Also, iTunes is annoying and Amazon MP3 charges outrageous prices for one single song.

To be fair, the developer has been sick and just threw up a quick text file that contained his thoughts. He was going to turn it into a properly formatted post with HTML and everything when he felt better.

Slot loading would definitely be better for me. Sadly, I'd also like to give it a blu-ray drive and the only slot-loading slim-line blu-ray drive I can find is one made by Sony which has terrible reviews.

If you don't need the blu-ray functionality, I'd definitely go for a slot loading one just because of aesthetics sake.

Thermals, well it really depends on how many fans you decide to cram in there. Mine is running pretty cool as I've got 2 40mm fans pointed out the top where that stylish retro grill is located.

Actually did this a little while back. Same board, 2 sticks of Kingston DDR3 1333MHz RAM, a 16GB SSD for OS loading and a 2TB HDD for media storage. Only problem is the heat sink on the board is a little...tall. Not much room for anything else.

Here's hoping once I get the slim-line blu-ray drive I've had my eye on, I can make it work.

Which still implies that they need to get up there in the first place and I don't think an average patrol car carries a 15 foot ladder in the trunk, which would leave ample time for said biker to come out, drop the bike and ride away.

If they have a problem with it, that's fine, but I don't see them being able to DO anything about it without a ladder or 3. What are they going to do, stick a citation to the pole and hope whoever comes back for the bike feels the need to take it?
