Chief Justice Roberts was cowered by antifa terrorist; Trump’s three PC justices allowed the cowardice failure. A few months ago the USA Supreme Court accepted illegal aliens “standing” to hear the dreamer DACA case. Now, SCOTUS didn’t accept standing for Citizens of Texas.

On 6 January 2021, the President of the US Senate, Vice President Pence, will preside over the counting of Electoral College votes. Precedent provides, during those procedures, when one House member combined with one Senate member challenges a State’s documentation a hearing is required.

As your Representative, Tom McClintock, I hereby commit to stand-up during the vote count and demand all vote fraud counts be overturned. Energetic, aggressive and attack mode argued, Trump will serve a second term.

Demonstrating my contention, the popular romance with “organized crime” books and movies betray their fascination. Population concentration in ever larger cities makes organizing crime easier, lazy thugs have less territory to travel.

As the Roman Empire, split east and west, and condensed into two large cities, crime became more prevalent. Conservative politicians speak congenially ad nauseam as civilization, law and order, disintegrates.

Once communists, by whatever euphemism, are elected by the mob to the USA Federal House, Senate and President; reversal will be impossible, lacking violent revolution. Evil can not be eradicated - set-backs are the best we can do.

Progressive (not liberal) status better hope Trump is re-elected; Trump will not disappear. If re-elected, Trump will continue to be negatively constrained by his position as President and 4 years will expire on his longevity. When not re-elected, Trump has access to resources that will unleash a torrent of initiatives, in revenge, to defeat the “deep state” and set-back the Democratic Party’s lust for power. SEDITION party 2020 - I am a Feb 2009 TeaParty instigator.
I propose a celebration OR serious protest in the spring 2020 after DOJ Durham's investigation report is released. Depending if AG Barr fails to convince a grand jury to arrest several Spygate conspirators on charges of sedition.
Either way, I suggest we start NOW to plan events nation-wide.
If the deep-state wins, meaning no one is held criminally responsible for the coup then, the United States of America experiment as founded is finished.

According to AG Barr, an unsuccessful coup is not illegal; however, the perpetrators of a successful coup will be memorialized in history as the winners. Not prosecuting the coup leader Obama, a previous president, is understandable; however, not investigating the coup leader is unconscionable.
