Lee

Copyright laws are confusing at the best of times, and it seems like its only getting worse. An excellent resource I've found that helps to clear up some of the issues is Michael C. Donaldson's book Clearance and Copyright: Everything You Need to know for Film and Television. He makes it easier for anyone involved in film production to understand the issues and to get answers to their copyright questions.

Re: Sunday Salon | Blue Archipelago

I'm actually reading more than one book for the first time since I finished school. I'm well into The PInk Forest by Dana Dorfman which is a really cool interactive fiction that really makes you think and so I read one chapter a day and sort of meditate on it before going on to the next one. But in the meantime, I need my daily dose of romance and suspense so I've got a couple others on the go as well now.

Re: Sunday Salon | Blue Archipelago

This week I've been travelling across the U.S. with Richard Ide's 3 Aces. It's a romantic suspense all wrapped up in a cross country road trip, and a really enjoyable read.

The Kite Runner is on my next buy list. It's one I've wanted to read for ages, but just haven't gotten around to picking up a copy yet.
