Hi JoAnn, while my folks owned it in the 50's, and Jon's folks owned it in the 70's it sounds like one thing was a constant. A fun time was had by all! We have many fond memories as I'm sure you do.

I want to thank you for adding to the conversation here with some additional prices. I wonder what it would cost these days if there were still cabins to rent? Probably a bunch!

Linda, I can't believe it either! I just checked my google analytics and I've gotten 5700 hits on that one seed! Most are coming from MSNBC which is the owner of Newsvine.

This is really phenomenal, I never get that many hits in one day. It's because of your great story I'm sure. I don't know if you read the comments on my seed but I do know you have picked up at least one regular reader. Besides me that is...

Thanks to all of you for your kind comments. I have kicked other things in the past, but quitting smoking was the one last thing I had to do. I have held on to this vice too long and it was time for it to go!
