Pedant here again; "Thor" was directed by Kenneth Branagh. It's sequel "Thor: The Dark World" was directed by Taylor. ;)
But you're basically helping to reinforce my point. Which is that NME needs to employ some sub-editors.

@Pete - Holly could definitely write something better... and I can't help but hear all the Lydon-esque affectations whenever I hear Liam. Personally, I much prefer Noel's voice.

@Karl - well, I quite like a bit of Oasis but even stepping back from that, there's not much (after a few more listens) to make the song stand-out.
