It actually states the exact opposite, so I am quite confused why you are spreading this false information. This is what it states:

Section 2 (License), Line 2 -- I do hereby grant Company a revocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, perform and otherwise use the Materials…in its applications.

Section 2 (License), Line 6 -- I understand that I have the right to remove my Material from RootMusic and revoke this license at my discretion upon my decision to discontinue use of RootMusic applications, tools, and services, subject to any other agreement I may enter into with RootMusic

I would very much appreciate if you would go and remove all the comments you made across the internet. On top of that please state on your twitter and everywhere else that you somehow misread and that our terms of service actually state the exact opposite.

I am the CEO and Founder of RootMusic. I started this company because I have seen too many awesome musicians that were taken advantage of and need a little help and guidance. I want to provide an effective, honest, and transparent company whose main goal is to help musicians. Please feel free to read the fine print again, in no way shape or form does it state what you are saying. Go to www.rootmusic.com/terms and read our "Terms of Service".

I definitely appreciate your sincere concern for artist’s rights and I share the same mindset. There are a lot of issues regarding content mangament and a lot of great artists get ripped off because they don’t look over the fine print, so we need more people to be looking out for artists. However, what you stated is the exact opposite of what we have in our terms of agreement and we are concerned that you would post such negative things about our company without double checking the document that you referenced.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me directly at J@RootMusic.com.

J

Re: RootMusic’s BandPage Makes Better Facebook Fan Pages for Bands

And just to note, we are talking with ArtistData. And currently when your on the RootMusic editor you should be able to drag and drop the songs into the order you want. As far as the photos go when you upload them to facebook it takes just a little bit for our severs to process them and show them on your BandPage. If you refresh your page and click on photos they should be up now. If you have any other questions or comments feel free to contact us at info@RootMusic.com. we would love to see a link to the page your working on if you want to share it! We are only here to help, so just let us know what we can do for you!

Cheers,

J

Re: RootMusic’s BandPage Makes Better Facebook Fan Pages for Bands

Hey!

Glad you like it so far, and no worries we will be making some noise in the near future with a few bells and whistles! Look forward to making this awesome for you!

Cheers,

J
J@RootMusic.com

Re: Great Reminders from StartupCFO

I can't agree more, how surprised would you be if someone from any web startup called you and said, "hey just checking in to make sure everything with your account is going well". You would remember that, use their services more often and most likely tell your friends! I think thats the main reason startups have a hard time charging any money for their service....Because no one thinks its a real tangible service!! So they just think its a non communicating online robot like most of the sites out there. Instead of spending all your marketing dollars hoping for new customers, spend it on getting in touch with the ones you already have. They will do the best marketing job you could ever ask for. Is there an extended version to "Great Reminders from StartupCFO "? If so I would be interested to read more,

Cheers,
J
