My niece's elementary school doesn't enforce P.E. She's 7, eats 3 meals a day (4, if you include "after school snack), and does no P.E. whatsoever, then watches iCarly all afternoon. And her school thinks there's nothing wrong with, they even hold kids back from recess if it's below 50 degrees. Disgusting, for such a nice school.

I find it interesting you brought up the pizza thing. My youngest brother is like that, he uses Domino's coupons every pay day, he even looks for them in the stash of junk mail that makes it impossible to open up the mailbox. I don't care for pizza myself, but I find myself always eating some. Online ads just bug the crap out of me, but for people who sit down and read the paper every day, I think they're more likely to use a coupon, even if the price is drastically raised just so it can still be profitable after discounting.
Savemart (I guess it used to be Albertsons) uses those coupons projectors that stick way out in the aisle, so when you're walking past the things you never buy (garbanzo beans, anchovies, cow tongue, all that *yummy stuff*), the coupon just happens to fall right on your wallet/purse so you're like "HEY! THAT'S a good deal!...IF I ever used that crap."

.06%...that's an unimaginabley obsessive degree of marketing to earn back all the $ they thought people would eat up.
