The damage may not stop with the publication of this report, and the Israeli government is faced with a serious and difficult strategic challenge in demonstrating that the committee and its members were fundamentally flawed from the beginning. They are oblivious to the ultimate aim of the Iranian nuclear weapons program: to transform Iran into the dominant global superpower by enabling its regime to attain hegemonic control of the petroleum production of all of the Gulf region’s oil states, while preventing the West from taking military action against Iran by deploying missiles that can obliterate Western cities. Instead, Americans and Europeans are under the impression that the program’s main goal is “only” the destruction of Israel… More about a nuclear Iran (3 parts) at :
http://israelagainstterror....

Re: FrontPage Magazine - What happened to the US deadline on Iran?

Ayatollah Mohammad Baqer Kharrazi : “We are able to produce atomic bombs and we will do that.”
Elimination of Israel remains a cornerstone of Islamic Republic ideology. Despite revisionist questioning about whether Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad really promised to “wipe Israel off the map,” both University of North Dakota law professor Gregory S. Gordon and Joshua Teitelbaum, senior research fellow at the Moshe Dayan Center at the University of Tel Aviv, have chronicled well over a dozen recent Iranian statements promising Israel’s destruction. As Teitelbaum notes, “What emerges from a comprehensive analysis of what Ahmadinejad actually said–and how it has been interpreted in Iran–is that the Iranian president was not just calling for ‘regime change’ in Jerusalem, but rather the actual physical destruction of the state of Israel.” THERE IS REASON TO TAKE THE WORST CASE SCENARIO SERIOUSLY. And these deaths have led some to call for Israel to be charged with war crimes by an international tribunal. Can the truth be shameless violated and the wrong prevailed? No. Hamas’ top agenda was to go on a brutal rampage directed against its own people, the members of Fatah. Their next “priority” was to start shooting missiles at Israel. This is not the mark of a civilized society, but of brutal thugs (e.g., gangs) fighting a petty turf war. We are all now in a much bigger game. All of us – the US, Israel and Europe are all conscripts in a war of ideas. If Israel, Heaven forbid, were to go down, then they would be next. But no one sees this. Israel doesn’t see this, preoccupied as it is with the military aspects of its struggle. Factories may remain open but many do not pay workers. On Oct. 2, for example, tire factory workers staged a protest in front of the Ministry of Labor seeking six months’ unpaid wages. Wild cat strikes have occurred in Tehran, Isfahan, Qazvin and Sanandaj. Purchasing power has plummeted. To mitigate such trends, the government has imposed price controls. On June 11 2008, the daily Resalat reported that the paramilitary Basij, a subdivision of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, would enforce low prices but nothing really improved. Over subsequent days, the Iranian press featured photos of Basij beating merchants whose prices were too high. This will have a long-term effect on people and contribute to deterring others from perpetrating attacks in the future. A stronger security presence in high-risk areas of Jerusalem is necessairy. Israel should revoke the citizenship of terrorists and their family members and prohibit the families of dead terrorists from publicly celebrating their actions. Israel is the occupier, the Palestinians are resisting, so the problem can be solved by pressuring Israel politically, economically, and militarily. When we examine both Palestinian words and actions, we see that this is really something much different from what it seems. The rhetoric of hatred, the indoctrination of children, the Palestinians’ willingness to use their own people as martyrs for the sake of blackening Israel’s image, the constant threats to destroy Israel and to liberate “all” of Palestine, are all signs that this is no revolutionary movement in the Western mold. This is a jihad in the most traditional and most extreme sense of the word. This is a war for Israel’s extermination. Its initial training was a dismal failure as the well-armed Hamas militia pulverized Fatah in the militia war leading up to the Hamas takeover in Gaza. The U.S. has continued to pump money and advisors into training Fatah, which has deployed hundreds of armed policemen in Jenin and Shechem. Israel has complained that they do very little to fight terrorism and that the IDF still has to conduct most of the counterterrorist operations in the areas. However, he now says that terrorism and violence against Israel are actually the preferred approach, and certainly need not be ruled out in the future. Abbas told the Jordanian newspaper A-Doustour, "I am against an armed struggle against Israel because we can't do it, but in the coming stages, things may change. I do not rule out a return to the way of armed struggle against Israel," Abbas said. Lets face reality : Their goal is Israel’s destruction and that is why nothing has worked and nothing will work as to the roots of “Palestinian” nationalism it is explained at : http://xrl.us/berwte

Re: FrontPage Magazine - A Failure of Diplomacy

Cowardice or lack of self respect.
It is not new, that Islamists pursue their campaign of intimidation against the West, but what does seem surprisingly new, compared with the legendary fighting spirit of the British, is the seeming capitulation of European capitals to their tormentors, and the baffling incomprehension they exhibit of the Islamist phenomenon which has repeatedly declared itself so clearly inimical to them. No one could blame you if you drew the inference that Islam worldwide is a malevolent force. Yet, many would have you believe that the problem isn’t Islam, but “Radical Islam.” Virtually all voters in “Palestine” back terrorists. In Britain, 25% of Muslims approve of the London subway bombings of July 7, 2005 as described at : http://israelagainstterror....

Re: FrontPage Magazine - Jewish Collaborators with the Enemies of Israel: Marc H. But it cannot survive treason from within..” – Cicero. Jews who defame Israel are the most pernicious tools in the war against Israel and Jewry, those who, to paraphrase Cicero, move among us freely, teaching our young, their sly moral equivalence, which equates Israel with its tormentors, heard in the halls of government itself. They preen and strut as supposed devotees of “peace” and “justice.” More at :http://israelagainstterror....
