I recently read the article Mr. Andrew M. Manis wrote which appeared in the Macon Telegraph. I am a sixty year old black man living in America. To have a black man as the president of the United States is amazing to me. I do not see President Obama as just a black person. I see him as a signal from the Universe saying, we all are children of God no matter our color (yellow, blue, black, white, brown or whatever). I believe it was God's will that Obama become the president of this country. And although I would not consider myself a religious going to church person. I believe there is a higher Force running this Universe and if it is IT'S Will that a black man become the President of the United States we all need to look within ourselves and ask why. I believe we all are "Touched By The Light" of God and if we would just slow down and feel and see it, this would be a much better planet to live on. Salutations to the Universe. Salutations to Mr. Manis. Salutations to the Creator of the Universe. OM.
