The 24Kg feels great for swings. I feel a lot more effort in the glutes with the heavier weight vs lighter weight.

Kettlebility also has a bunch of Pavel's books, DVDs.....worth checking out. I just got Power to the People...it's a fast ready but already learned a ton.

Re: Building the Perfect Home Gym (Without Going Too Far)

Dude, just got a 53 lb KB...that sucker is awesome! Heavy but makes a HUGE difference in swings compared to my sickly 32 pounder (which was turning my kb workouts into a cardio activity no a strength activity). His "vegan" diet appears (based on videos I have seen, I don't know him or anything) was primarily built around fatty foods (nuts, oils, seed) and greens (kale, etc..) but fairly low in fresh fruits and overall calories. No wonder he felt like crap!!! He should re-read the China Study or any of John Robbins books.

Anyway - nice blog here....just not a fan of Daniel's message any more and concerned about people getting swayed by his charisma and presentation skills and throwing out a way of being and eating that can actually be super healthy for the body and the planet.

Re: clubnorthwest.org - Winter Grand Prix 2009-2010, Race #6 Road Race

Forget it...was looking at the wrong event...found my time :)

Re: clubnorthwest.org - Winter Grand Prix 2009-2010, Race #6 Road Race

I competed in this race (the 2miler at Magnusun Park) however I cannot find race results anywhere online. I find that I am having to use the bathroom a lot more (#1 and 2)...even though I don't think I'm drinking much more. It's like the spring water is flushing my body out.

Not sure if this is really what is going on or psychosomatic....but thought I'd ask anyway!

Re: The Invincible Health Master Class

Hey Anthony! It was soo much fun. I'm seriously looking forward to my next drink...it is that cool!

I'm actually already trying to find a more "natural" spring. The water from the place I went to is sourced from an artesian well...it is a massive underground lake 400 feet deep and tops out at 120 feet underground. I *think* the well is drilled to 200 feet and the water rises up through the surface (at least the sign posted at the site says something to that effect). There are two pipes flowing clean, cold water at 10 gallons a minute total!

My new quest is to find a place where the water is naturally bubbling out of the ground and not accessed via a pre-dilled well. I think the water from such a place would be even better...but hey - the stuff I got today is still super!

Re: Spring Water and some D.
