But so do writers. I know professional writers who now have to scramble for subway money, never mind rent and food. You can't fight technology. You can try, but unless an army has your back, you’ll need to learn how to exploit every weakness you come across. Some walk away from that reality and still find a way not to starve. Others go bad-ass.
