I saw him in the same day grill some lady about the public option and ask why it wouldn't drive for-profit business out of the market. He can take both sides passionately and reasonably and he's the only person in the major news media I trust. I love Shep.

That's the opposite of irony. Irony would be if a proponent of Obama's tax plans didn't pay. This is just logical.
