I tend to see more diversity in webcomics. It makes me wonder, how many black heroines and their stories were rejected by corporate under the mistaken belief that they wouldn't sell?

So people care more about money than about getting justice... Good to know how shallow they are.
What this does is finally puts to bed the fear that the Boston Strangler was still walking our streets. While I believed Desalvo was the murderer, I couldn't help but wonder if we got the wrong guy as I walked past one of the crime scenes everyday on my way to school and shivered with fear.
I can only imagine the suffering the victim's family has gone through, all these years.

Homosexuality does not automatically mean they're promiscuous or an HIV
carrier. This is not the 80's.There are plenty of gay people don't have
sex. And those that do know enough to use protection to avoid contracting and
spreading any diseases.It's the same with straight couples.This
ban is so very outdated.

This article forgets to mention that cars, more often than not, will stop IN the crosswalk. I'm a pedestrian and I've seen this happen more times than I can count. Sometimes I have no choice but to walk inbetween cars to catch my bus or train, because somebody was just too impatient to stop before the white line. Also, many of them never pull to a complete stop at a STOP sign. Seriously, go back to driving school!

The DPW worker DO perform their jobs. It's just that, barely after they've finished and moved on to the next park, the place already gets trashed. An example of this was when they applied a fresh coat of paint to a park building, the next hour it was covered in tags.

But if you're talking about the park councilors, no, that's not part of their job.

I'm downright shocked.
As a child of an abusive relationship, I am appalled by the effort of Fatherhood Coalition to repeal such an important legal protection. It's hard enough to get a restraining order as it is, and the danger a parent face of just coming forward to report the abuse. Have we already forgotten the incident that happened in downtown Lynn, when that guy murdered his ex and tried to murder their son as well by blowing up the elevator?

Perhaps "Operation Bootstrap" should take a class in journalism, or do something more, you know, useful like volunteering to clean up the place. Because that report was so obviously underwhelming, especially the one of Kiley Park.

The park staff members' job is to watch the children who are part of the program, not pick up trash. Despite this, they do so anyways. Had the reporter stuck around, they would've seen that the staff did indeed remove the magazines lying around- a boxload that someone had dumped. But not being supplied with gloves, how much do you expect these kids to do?

I'm glad to see that people are taking this condition seriously and outreaching to those who suffer from PTSD. Whether military personale or civilian, there are people out there who care about you and are willing to help.

I couldn't agree more. Why did they get rid of Johnny Rocket at the Peabody Mall for? For a resturant that's too expensive and not worth it.

A restaurant next to a historic cemetery and jail. I'd go for it!
My biggest concern is, of course, how the patrons will treat the nearby cemetery. Take your trash with you!

I didn't hear about what happened at the Buffy the Vampire Slayer Convention, nor did I even knew there was one. However, I was aware of what occurred at Fanime Con this past year, where the zealots were harassing anime fans. Someone called the cops and the group was asked to disban.
