EXERCISE and FITNESS cause weight loss. Raw FRUITS will help to provide the energy needed to motivate and drive a person towards exercise and fitness and weight loss, but the intent must still come from within.

RAW FOOD WILL NOT FIX YOUR WEIGHT PROBLEM.

Raw food, especially high in fruits, will make it easier for those who really want a healthy body to embrace those desires. It is a diet that provides the energy needed to pursue our highest visions of ourselves.

However, it does not magically fix laziness, apathy, or stubbornness. One must overcome these facets to become healthy, whether they do so with or without the aid of a diet that naturally promotes such a path.

-jC

Re: Bursting with creativity, but no yoga

Accepting where you are now is always first priority.

When do the morning classes go? "

Doesn't really seem that way from my perspective...

Just so you know... I think that you are better off putting that energy into yoga.

But what do I know.
