Well, I have the Casio version of this. And the HD features on these compact cams aren´t that great. But it´s ok. I can work with it. And regarding the 12 MP. You always wish you had more MP on your compact cam but most of the time you will be shooting 10 MP because of the noise produced the higher the MP. I would like to test the HD cam from Xati though. Never had one in my hand. It´s probably fun to shoot with it.
Right now I´m also saving for the Nikon D90. And that is also my wish wish wish. Anyways..may your wish come true!
