Dell gets a lot of flack for their horrible customer service, but I've been using my Inspiron 6000 every day for 3 1/2 years, which is longer than any other machine I have. I'm in the market for a netbook, and this is the one I'm planning to buy!

These are great laptops, especially since Dell made a point to make these in a color that looks as good in the boardroom as in the dorm room. They are really starting to understand what girls want!

It makes sense for manufacturers to make pink laptops for us ladies, but transformers? I think they have their markets confused!

Who cares what the timing is; it's just nice to see that manufacturers are starting to realize that guys aren't the only ones buying laptops.

Dell's service is a disaster, but I haven't had any problems with their quality; I use an Inspiron 6000 that I've had for 3 1/2 years. But I'm thinking of upgrading to one of these; gotta love the pink one!
