I love this photo, and I think the cut is great. Also, the glasses are kind of cool.

Years ago, a friend with long hair and facial features commonly described as 'strong' decided to get a short cut. Before the haircut, she talked about possible reactions to the 'public discovery' of her face. "They'll just have to deal," she concluded. I liked that.

I try not to watch the show, but must admit that the one episode I've seen all the way through - guest-starring Sean Penn, Elvis Costello, and Harry Dean Stanton - made me laugh many times.

Interesting that this announcement is made in the same week that the Telegraph published its story about the UN supposedly getting set to appoint an ambassador for alien affairs.
