What about plain old acidophilus pills? Been taking them on and off for years, tried the fancy stuff sometimes. Seems the same; digestion is still iffy. Reports seem like like typical pop-diet blurbs. My gastroenterologist insists that I have a second brain in my guts. Boy, is it dumb.

Barely a year old, I tossed my milk out the backseat window, said, "Bye-bye, bah-bah," and quit the white stuff for good. Chocolate milk now gets healthy ratings in more ways than I imagined. Maybe the gut does have a brain, after all.
