Idiot? Right back at you. Obviously the whites know they are being unfair if they feel guilty! So you think the Latino candidates that didn't get the deanship positions didn't earn their degrees through hard work? They DID work hard! No one is using racial agendas here. The fact of the matter is this is Hispanic serving institution and frankly the university is not living up to those standards; and since Latinos are a “minority” we are supposed to turn the other way and keep our mouths shut, right? WRONG! Idiot.

Leading the nation in gang violence and prison population? Hello, didn't you read the article; it is talking about highly qualified Latinos! Damn ignorant people, always trying to take advantage of circumstances like these to boost their self-esteem and can't stand the fact that "minorities" are beginning to rise beyond this label of inferiority.
