N8 is getting better and better... Now they are comparing it's camera with "real" cameras and N8 is still considered as great camera.

N8 has the real colors and more details, the oTher pHone has much too much contrast and very unrealistic vivid colors. That is easily seen eg. in the rose-picture - the oTher pHone has totally lost the sky with clouds ja several shades of red in the roses. Same thing with the video. N8 has very close to the colors and contrast you will get with real cameras. Actually - N8 is first real camera on a mobile phone.

Actually I think that document is a promise of something very nice, including great camera, fm-transmitter etc. "Wide selection of device colors" would be nice, too. Have to remember though that this was a prototype and that document is several months old - we'll see how great the device is when we see it!

N97 crashed in Finland, too (V20). The nokia server works quite well for me so it doesn' matter to me.

Ok, perhaps I'll do a hard reset before installing v20 (just to try Your fetish..:D ).
But finding all widgets and programs and installing them again... they are on E: if it has been possible but I guess at least some of them don't work after reset?

I do backups just-in-case almost weekly. But I wonder if the hard reset would be good/necessary before (or after??) installing the v20? I think it would be good to install it on a "clean" phone? Or does it clear everything anyway?

I am very satisfied owner of N97! I love the good camera, FM-transmitter, video phone calls etc. I have Noki N95, E75 , Samsung Ultra Touch and iPhone 3G too, but this is the ONE I carry with me. And now the new software v20 seems to make everything even better.
I dont have to reboot or anything like that more than I have to do with my iPhone (actually Samsung is the most stable one of my devices).
The thing Nokia should do is that any software could only be put to the E-drive because the C-drive is limited and if You put too much software on C You may easily face some troubles.

In our local Nokia Flagship store (Helsinki, Finland) they said it's expected in about two weeks. Hope so!
