Disappointing the author did little to no research on the primary reason KNC customers are seeking refunds... Many customers deliveries delayed past the promise dates by KNC, while it is using gear to mine instead of completing customer orders. Class action lawsuit coming together because it is so blatent.

How is that relevant to the point the above poster was making? Using your logic everything is inexpensive so all govt. programs which pull only a few cents a day are fine. Thousands of them are fine, so let's keep going. Think through what you are saying..

If it was someone's own money I would be against any measures like this (e.g., NY large soda ban) however I completely agree with the intent of these bills and find the rejection very disappointing.

You might want to put some place holder pages in place vs 404 errors.. Sounds like you are building out your site now so just a friendly recommendation to maintain a more professional appearance.

Actually a beta has been available since launch. I have since sold my N97 but I used Nokia Multimedia transfer without any issues.
