Very true. Digg wouldn't be digg if it was dig, and "Flicker" makes the service look like it won't work.

Man, I'm glad I happened to stumble across this video. While at first skeptical, as I am with most "spiritual" things, I followed along and found the experience to be very organic and calming.

I was just involved in a car accident today, and while it was relatively minor and no fault of my own, it still upset me emotionally. Some light rest like this is nice, as it allows one to see the world around in a more positive light.

Falling still-- I'll remember that. Might look kinda strange in a computer lab, but if I'm stressed out and in privacy, I'll definitely give it a try.

Are there any other ways to go about it, though, other than thinking about breathing, etc? I guess the whole point is that your "internal self" is just allowed to recuperate/roam free.

Great post, David. Just curious, are you currently a "man at work" on some project such as this?

If so, please do us all a favor and name it something that is distinctive by actually using established english vocabulary in the name ("scribd"??? pointless website anyway)
