Este interesantísimo post me recuerda mucho a lo que proponía hace unos años el profesor de la Universidad de Harvard Andrew McAfee en su libro 'Enterprise 2.0' y su concepto de 'the networked organization'.

No cabe duda de que la teoría dista mucho de la práctica. Hay personas que simplemente no son 'tecnológicas' o no comprenden el valor de compartir conocimientos. Creo también que tu post hace una referencia indirecta a la ley de Pareto del 80/20: efectivamente, hay un 20% de personas clave en toda organización que son las que sacan adelante la productividad, la innovación, etc.

Aquí es donde creo que es fundamental aplicar el concepto de ESTRATEGIA y de la implementación estratégica de la digitalización. Efectivamente la 'transformación digital' en demasiadas ocasiones se ha planificado, pero eso no quiere decir que se haya implementado estratégica ni adecuadamente.

I believe that, on the contrary, our Roman Catholic brothers and sisters have degraded the Divine Feminine to the figure of Mary, who is not matriarchal or sexual in the true sense of the word and that falls outside the scope of God.

The Divine Feminine is for the rest of Christians found naturally within the Trinity in the Person of the Holy Spirit, always displayed as the dove or Feminine and Matriarchal side of God. If there is a Father and a Son, logically there must be a Mother, and this is precisely the Holy Spirit.

The Trinity is thus a perpetual communion of love between the Father, the Mother and the Son.

I think it is a terribly dangerous proposition even as a question to imply that 'technological progress' per se works 'against listening to God and caring for others'.
May I remind that it is THANKS to technological progress that I can read this and comment this message? Or that it is THANKS to technological progress that inordinate amounts of human pain and suffering have been avoided?
Please let us be extremely careful when we make those sort of statements and/or implications.

I believe verses 21 and 22 express the tender care of God for the Earth and animals and challenge us to be sensible stewards for the Environment

My own feeling is that the message being emphasized is that the Church becomes Universal with the Gospel being preached in every tongue after the descent of the Holy Spirit.

It is clear that, even when it comes to His favourites (His people), God pays each according to his deeds and does not let injustices at the institutional level go unpunished. Bad deeds always carry bad consequences attached to them. In this sense, God has no favourites.
