I couldn't agree more. Although I have to admit that it was before they began 'pushing' the pills on the public... it seems that it is no longer a weight loss show but has turned into a reality tv show... where people love the drama and people play the 'game'... When the show first started it was about getting healthy, it was about doing it RIGHT... and now well its just not about any of those things anymore. I haven't been able to watch the show religiously and the last season I felt I "had" to watch was the season with Michael lol... that being said I watched a few shows the season with the families just because they were still so what of an inspriration but now I am just so OVER IT... its all about the $$ its not about people's health anymore in my mind.... :(

I am sorry for the struggles that you have in 2011, but so glad for them as well because I know that they have made you and your family stronger in the end. Funny how we don't realize how much the sadness of the 'bad' has to do with the joy of the good.

I am totally torn between the designs that I like... I really like the GoSportInspire in purple but I also like the GoSportID Fleet in orange... decisions decsions :)

I have recently begun doing yoga and deep breathing exercises. It has helped a lot with what has/is a difficult time in my life. I'm not the best (shock right???) at the yoga and all the fancy poses, but I like to do the 'calmly' ones and just breath and meditate on the POSITIVE in my life.... :)

Since having gotten back on the horse two weeks ago I have gone from 257.8 to 252 this morning :) It's amazing what you can accomplish when you actually do the things you are supposed to be doing!!!
