I agree, DTD is an awesome idea & do'able by EVERYONE...and sometimes the craziest idea can really change a persons life...believe me, I know! :) (NOT that DTD is crazy... !!!)

I've heard it takes 21 days of "doing things differently" to create a new habit. But ya don't wanna kill yerself either!..so, yah, maybe take Sundays off & "just do whatever" (aka: JDW)...but then again, if you DTD 6 days a week, then JDW 1 day a week, then isn't THAT DTD?!?
