This article is a text book example of why businesses locate to other states. Successful cities have plenty of roads and parking. Mohegan, Foxwoods, and MGM Springfield all have plenty of free parking. Every casino in America runs charter bus trips for those that don't want to drive. Despite the towns and state shaking down the casinos for traffic studies, most casino visitors are driving off peak.
Can you imagine asking a woman on a date to a casino for dinner and a show, and taking a couple bus transfers to get there?

Inflation has driven up the value of my home since I bought it. Nothing in this article mentions indexing this fee to inflation, so with Bidenomics a trailer park home will eventually be worth a million.
