Bleach has the elements you're looking for, so does Naruto in the latter volumes. However, they lack the essence of true humanity that Berserk does. If you want to read something like Berserk, read Berserk. It's really obnoxious to be asking for a copy, clone, or shadow of something you already have. Just enjoy it.
