Only two I can think of are Yotsuba, which is father/daughter and totally hilarious, or Usagi Drop, which is I guess a much older nephew raising a much younger aunt if I remember that correctly. A guy's grandfather had an illegitimate daughter that no one knew about til he passed away and his single late twenties grandson offers to take her in since no one else in the family will. It's also funny, but leans a bit more on drama and a continuing story than Yotsuba does. Usagi Drop also takes a strange turn about halfway through and its ending is divisive to say the least.

You've been fooled. It's entirely cell shaded CG, but it's some of the best I've seen outside of an Arc System Works game or a JoJo's Bizarre Adventure intro.

Edit: And now I see it's animated by Kamikaze Douga. Production Company known for the awesome CG JoJo intros. It all makes sense now.

Muscle memory is scary and sad.

I regret that the last update on the site is Kingdom and not Berserk, but that's a good example of life not being perfect.

They're cowardly pieces of shit that constantly try to redeem themselves or be better human beings, but almost always fail in spectacular ways.

I'd love to see them get drunk together and talk about how unfair each of their lives are. They'll try to one up each other with stories of how pathetic they are until they both pass out in their own drunken filth as they have long since lost control of their bodily functions.

DB Super's current "Tournament of Power" arc is entertaining, but the tension of universes getting erased is undermined by the fact that the prizes are "Super Dragonballs" that are the size of planets and I suspect have the ability to bring entire universes back to into existence. It's not like we all don't know that whoever wins will just use the dragonballs to wish everyone that died back. It'll probably be Goku, but I'd love for it not be. I'm rooting for one of the more altruistic universes(like Toppo's) to win and wish everyone back.

The Science Adventure Series is the shared world of visual novels that are Steins;Gate, Chaos;Head, Chaos;Child, and Robotic;Notes. They don't really share any characters or themes(aside from the semicolon misuse) but the "villain behind the scenes" is pretty much the same mysterious illuminate-type group across all the series.

Steins;Gate is just my favorite because of what I think is a clever evolution to their time travel starting with simple e-mails and moving up from there.

Robotics; Notes is good, too, and is also a tad more light hearted.

Playing as Jason is totally doable without speaking to anyone. The counselor experience benefits greatly from good communication, but as long as you can hear other people you can jump in on escape attempts no problem .
