i'm not a clay-expert. on the german market there is one famous brand for "healing clay" for taking it orally – while above clay is said to be for washing.
is there a clay-expert here who can answer the question: does not all clay have these features of binding dirt? can't you take any clay internal _and_ external?

hej kirsten,
my question (above) goes into similar directions. i started using pure lava clay (ghassoul) as a shampoo and for the body. i love it, brings up pictures of bathing in mud in the amazonas (or sth) ;) but, yeah, i was also curious why they did not mention that as an option ...

thanks a LOT! i really appreciate the episodes with nadine, so inspiring, so eye-opening!
when i first heard you say "no soap on your body, except some special areas" a few episodes ago it hit me hard, as i was literally soaping myself from head to toe everytime i showered. It was organic soap, and my skin reacted better to it, than the previous chemical-blends, but man, you got me there.
I now don't even use shampoo anymore, I use Lava Clay (Ghassoul) as a shampoo and soap when showering. I was wondering why none of you mentioned that option, since in my understanding it is a real alternative, zero-waste, all natural and cleans your body while leaving the lipid layer intact.
Any take on that?

mich interessiert, wie der zweite satz im disclaimer/reminder zu verstehen ist: "nicht alle gebärenden menschen sind frauen." hab ich was verpasst, ist das metaphorisch gemeint im sinne von "ein projekt gebären" oder ist das eine form von political correctness, die mir bisher noch nicht begegnet ist?

you are right. this functionality does not come out of the box... this is why you are here :) somehow the novation-people thought, that automap should refer to AU/VSTs only...

well, sorry for the late answer, but if you're still searching for the answer: you should be able to do this. simply check the cc-values of the encoders on the page you want to control the volume with and put them in the UserConfiguration.txt und the headline [MixerControls]. right now there are a lot of -1 because i did not use that for my script. (i have a nanoKontrol for volume-faders). i hope that helps – cheers, niklas

i'm sorry, but i think this does not work. you cannot split up the channels within one single config-file. never tried, though. if you succeed please let us know how you did it!

Hello, yes the focus-commands are alt-up and alt-down. you can tell which area of the interface is focused by watching the border. once you are down in your devices you can navigate the blue-hand-focus with the arrow-keys. should work imo...
