I'd so love to leave my day job - which just adds unnecessary and sometimes uncontrollable stress - and pursue my creative endeavors. The scariest leap is in paying the bills and having medical coverage. So I applaud your efforts to bring this conversation to light. As for finding resources, I recommend <a href="http://www.theswitchboards.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="www.theswitchboards.com">www.theswitchboards.com</a> for anyone who is trying to take that leap and needs advice, support, resources, etc. in creative fields.
