The new computer system had just gone on line when they took over and they should have known there were problems. It is standard procedure in this administration to make life miserable for long time state employees simply so they can replace them with lower paid workers. Then, whenever there is a problem resulting from their actions the Administration blames it on "unnamed" state employees.
