Using both the right and left hand simultaneously. I've always been right handed though. Since I began practicing ambidexterity, I've realized that my right and left brain hemispheres work in a more balanced way. Order emerges out of chaos and chaos unfolds from order and I find it easier to move fluidly between the two...sometimes, there isn't even an awareness of the two being separate...it feels seamless. Ambidexterity has begun to impact, not only what I do, how I do it but also the way I approach and live my life. Thank you for all the videos and posts. I just discovered you yesterday and I've binge watched all your videos on youtube and going through your posts now. So inspired, deeply grateful.

Re: Food is a Love Note

Exactly what I needed to hear today, totally resonates with me....beautiful post Courtney, thank you so much for sharing :-)

Re: Identities and Eating

Brilliant post Courtney xxx

Re: Time to be alive again!

Maya,
Very happy to have you back in this beautiful space that I loved from the day I discovered it....look forward to your sharing once again.
