There is a lot missing from your article. First, you used Westwood College to quote the benefits of graphic arts and 3D rendering programs. Do you have any criteria of how many Westwood grads currently work in the video game industry? WC is a for profit school and I doubt that there name rings through the halls of EA or Activision. Secondly, do you have any statistics on how many Black applicants have tried to seek employment in the industry? You can't talk about the lack of diversity if no one tried to diversify.
