This is the usual car loan. Why are you calling it a lease. In lease their is NO down payment. You pay a small upfront fee which is lot less than a down payment. Then you sign a lease for a fixed amount of time and pay rent every month. After lease term is over you RETURN the car and can then lease another car. The lessor might give you the OPTION to buy the car. Some people lease a new car every month or every year.
This is a completely different process which isn't available in Pakistan than car loan.

Proton and changan don't allow on money from the dealers. Booking a car allows the NEW companies to guage public interest. No point making 1000 cars if their are no buyers.

According to wikipedia 7th gen city doesn't come in 1 3L engine. It is just 1.0L turbocharged and 1.5L normal. Difference in hp is 2 hp. 1L engine will be successful because they have lifetime token and low registration tax.
