The train doesn't pick you up at your home. Most people have to drive to the mass transit system & park their car.

Nothing like that amount of money & that few of jobs created for a pilot program? Sounds like a waste of money! How about we throw money at a problem but never look for the root cause. We are getting taken for a ride.
