Ford Museum
along the Grand River between Pearl Street and Michigan, east of Scribner. (It's also kitty-corner across the river from the GR Post Office where lots of folks will be lining up to file their forms.)

Jointly sponsored / attended by a number of groups, but the details are still in progress. If you're in West Michigan and don't have a local one, DO COME to ours!

The more, the better! Bring the kids! (It's their bacon we're trying to save!) Be neat, be polite, and be firm! Let them know that we're TEAd Off! (The real problem may, in fact, BE with the "boss," or with police academies under the influence of federal directives and funding?)

Certainly things have deteriorated in the decades since the feds have intertwined themselves with (and militarized?) local police departments.

If there were no other remedy, then something would have to be done, but it is never wise to accept a bad plan just because there's a problem!

The real corruption goes farther up the line to a general arrogance of political figures, apparently including many judges, and across the boards to people who act from fear and ignorance.

Our freedom requires responsibility, vigilance, and an educated populace. Regrettably our entertainment media, our government schools, and the track record of politicos from both major parties show that we are no longer responsible, watchful, or knowledgeable!

Cheerio! --Ruth Harper
Grand Rapids, Michigan
