My immediate neighbors are nice and I like them.

However, since my apartment is right by the entrance, many people who I am not officially neighbors with sit in the entranceway at night smoking weed, drinking beer, and talking until dawn. A few people in my building call them "the homeboy social club." I am leaving my building soon and will NOT miss them one bit.

Juliette needs to get the stick out of her ass. Kids and dogs were made for each other.

One time, a parent urgently pulled their kid away from my dog on the sidewalk because my dog was sniffing the kid. I looked at her and said, "Don't worry, he already ate a baby today. Your kid is safe."

The decision hinges on 3 factors:

1) duration of tie-up (2 minute bodega run vs dinner service)
2) location of tie-up (busy street vs quiet area)
3) visibility of dog to owner (dog visible at all times or not)

I prefer not to tie my dogs to a public fixture while I leave them unattended. I have only done it twice outside the 5th Ave 7-11 (with the big huge glass windows where I could plainly see how the dogs were doing) during Slurpee runs. The people who tie their dogs outside while they eat inside a restaurant are extremely cruel. I feel sorry for their dogs.

However, I do think it is OK to tie a dog to a fence separating the outdoor eating area of a restaurant from the sidewalk if the owner eats outside , provided the dog is well behaved and gets a scrap or two.

This is a bad move for PSP.

A rival site will pop up for free within a few weeks if they implement the policy. Nobody will ever pay for something they can get for free somewhere else. I work in the music business and know this better than anyone.
