I once got into big trouble in my office when I did not agree to the 80/20 principle and (worse) when I actually provided data to prove that my team's productivity was not in line with Paretto. Nett result - Was seen as some kind of a rebel. I did not learn anything from this excercise! A few months later I presented my case against the bell curve theory!
