A neat stack of buttons for social networking, that gets updated at least once a year. Now, I know I can accomplish this by purchasing little icons individually, dragging each one inside a stack page and manually adjusting each and every margin, then adding a link to them. I know I can do that, but it would definitely be easier to have a collection of buttons that auto-magically updates with new offerings every once in a while to reflect the coming changes in the web.

It doesn't even need an update all that often, maybe just when the icon designer decides to add new content to that collection?

Or, along the same lines - I don't know if you hand-make your social icons on your stack page (they look vector based, do you do those yourself?) but if you just used those, and added to that collection of some new services, then of course, you can update the stack whenever you want, and perhaps deal with less purchasing or royalty issues.

The main buttons I'd like to see available would be for:

twitter
facebook
tumblr

(and the new, fascinating)
"indiegogo"

My two cents. Great job on the site refresh and the service you give your stacks. Much appreciated.

Re: Premium Stacks | None | 2bitoperation : 2bitoperation

Your stacks (especially the Tumlbr Stack, for me) are well worth paying for. (I've been a bit busy to check replies to Disqus lately...) I'll actually be hiding out in The Redwoods for the better part of a year, getting back to basics and creating artwork... Man, I would love to have a brew at The Tugboat but my dayjob keeps me pinned here... I remember I used to watch "The Ben Macy Trio" play some contemporary jazz at the Tugboat, while I ate greasy nachos... Ah - the finer things in life!!! Welcome back Kotter - This was a refreshing hook. Nice and raw.

So, my question to Sean or Lindsay is - was the 'Run for the Fallen' group basically the same cast running the entire coast to coast, or did it fluctuate with different peeps from different states? How was it organized (or not?) Is there a partisan interest funding it?

Re: DNC: Day 4 - Obama

Well Done Adam - get some rest from buffets and mini-bars!

Like you said about Kennedy, Barack intrigues me for many reasons, but perhaps most of all is his humility and how he accepts the fact that he's not perfect. I read an interview in Newsweek with him concerning his faith, and besides the fact he never forces it on his children, my favorite line was this:

"I leave open the possibility I may be entirely wrong."

How often do we hear politicians say that? Ha! That line is completely quotable and applicable to everyday dissings - sorry Lindsay, I might have to steal that.

Next week at the DNC, I'd like to see Adam use the dual-camera gizmo for a bit different style of an interview. The Flip phone is perfect for fun and off-the-cuff; I think it would be unique to ask the candidates questions about their family life or things the public may not readily know, and simultaneously film their spouse's secret reactions behind them. :)
