@DerkM: You got the spirit. Believing or trust is the primary condition. From there on you start working. So until you truly believe (this is not guessing) and have complete faith (this is not relying) you start knowing. From there on you start doing. Elimating insecureness and fear is therefore the preparing step.

We forgot how to keep ourselves warm, therefore we THINK we need external sources. At the same time we forget what it means to waste so much energy, only by the time it has become unmistakably bad, we will start remembering where to find true warmth... NL is going the same direction. Breukelen train station has infrared warmth lamps already.
