Foam rolling without doing a full assessment to uncover the cause of ITBFS will not cure ITBFS, only eliminating the cause will. I would love to see studies that analyze the best times to publish blog content that is not business related. I have tried these times on my personal fitness blog, and the times failed miserably for me, my audience does not search for personal content to consume while they're at work. I have found for my particular blog the best time to publish is either super early in the morning (ie: when a mom is relaxing with her morning coffee before the kids wake up), or after 9 pm (when mom is settling down to relax after she's put the kids to bed).

Re: The benefits of cross training?

I've been following your vacation via facebook, it looks like you're having a lot of fun! Skiiing definitely is a good cross training workout. I cross trained today by riding my indoor trainer when we were home between the girls hockey games. On Friday nights I skate with them.
