WCCC had the moniker "live and local" a few years back & certainly had their rabid fan base...same concept as this oldies station in Sag Harbor. I guess the difference was in the owners & their money...they destroyed a good thing.

Slipknot most definitely because I can! And because of the kickass screaming guitar work fused with Cookie Monster style vocals as in the case of Slayer. Plus I can get my Halloween fix a la Michael Myers with the masks effect. Halloween in summer! Will be on my way to show while downing my own RSEDMF drink, a venti cafe mocha. Nothing else will do to rock your day morning till night, and a buttkicking pre-birthday gift for my husband to boot!

Probably about 6 years, considering that I get a lot of stuff secondhand lately from eBay and thrift and consignment shops. So I think it's safe to say, even the vintage stuff I have, I've had about that length of time!

Of course, considering my life is pretty much at a grinding halt with being out of a job and unemployment money/compensation being skimpy. This would help take a goodly chunk out of, if not near to fully as things stand now, pay off my credit card so I wouldn't have that bill to bother with at the moment!

Bit over $3 per gallon. I can't stand milk, but my husband drinks it and uses it in his coffee every day, and it still would be a savings for us on the grocery bill, considering I am out of a job.

It's a case of worlds colliding when you find out your rock heroes have moved to the state you yourself live in. Case in point: Rob Zombie whom I'm most excited to see. Not only that, but his shows are always kickass-no-holds-barred and I love the fact that he enjoys combining horror film themes and tones for added theatricality!
