Thanks for posting this solution. I'm new to Cordova and Ionic, so I was struggling to figure out why my screen kept crashing. I didn't realize that $scope was trying to access values within a plugin before the plugins were ready. I've got a loading screen now, while the device loads everything and then have the main screen showing when everything's ready.

Having to scroll the entire post when you mean to get to a section of the page that's below the post is frustrating when you have a long post. You have to scroll past the entire post and then get to the part of the post that you're editing. For example, when you need to get to a custom field, which is a form below the post content, you have to scroll the entire length of the content.

Does anyone know how to disable this?

EDIT: found out how to disable it. At the top of the page, there's a little tab named "Screen options". Click that and then uncheck "Expand the editor to match the window height."

I share your concerns which is why I ended up forking the project and
made some updates myself. When I first contacted the author, he was
responsive but now there are several updates piling up with no action.

I'm actively using this code on several projects so I'll be
maintaining it for the foreseeable future. If you see any specific bugs,
please let me know.

I didn't submit this plug-in to the WP directory because I felt like it would be stepping on the original authors toes. However, if the original ends up being abandoned, I'll try to contact the author again and reconsider submitting my version to WP directory.

I think I figured out the problem. The original project I'm extending seems to have *linked* the stripe library git. If you visit the git website for the project, you see the stripe-php folder there with the correct files but those files don't get included when you download the master zip file. I don't know why but it looks like you have to download that separately. If you figure it out, please update me.

I think it might have something to do with the directory being called "

wp-stripe-master" It should be named "wp-stripe" so the plug-in files will work properly.

I noticed you used an "itms" link for iTunes. It's better to ask people to subscribe using the iTunes link I gave you so you get included in the iTunes ranks as well. iTunes will rank your podcast based on how many people subscribe to it using the "official" link (not the itms link). The more people who subscribe using the official iTunes link, the higher you'll be ranked on iTunes charts.

As for being listed on Podcast Land, I get the podcast lists from
iTunes so, if you're listed on iTunes, you should be listed here too. If you're not on iTunes yet, I'd recommend getting listed there because many people use iTunes to subscribe and listen to shows. You'll get a lot of listeners just by being listed there.

Once you get listed on iTunes, you should be automatically added within a few days. If you can't find your show on this site, send me the link to the show on iTunes and I'll make sure you're listed here.

Missed this comment when it was first posted. For those interested, I'll answer it now. The exposure lengths I had were specific to the intensity of my machine. My doctor prescribed 2-3 treatments a week which started about ~1 minute and increasing by a few seconds each time. Eventually it leveled off to ~5 minutes.

However, remember that your machine could have different settings than mine does and you should have a doctor prescribe a treatment plan that includes creams that amplify the results. If you do this on your own, you could risk burning your skin like a sunburn.
