"Super" Monsters Ate My Condo is free in the Play store. According to the Amazon reviews the one they list in the bundle is a little bit permissions hungry.

"Bag It" is a nice puzzle game too.

Nor really happy with the update so far. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a podcast starting on its own. I've also "lost" downloaded podcasts, assuming that they've played by themselves until they hit the end and are deleted.

I also didn't realize how much I miss the "1x1 one-touch play button" widget because for whatever reason it seems to shut down after not being used for a while.

Count me in as someone who is "stuck" by virtue of there not being a better podcast player out.

Kitchen specific tablets are the one thing I expected to see and hear a lot more about. Do you remember the Tandy 1000 RL computer? It had programs for recipes and grocery inventory and a digital cork board for leaving notes. It was probably the only computer to have ever received the Good Housekeeping seal of Approval.

Not to disparage the featured Bill Reminder app, but I already do this with a Google Calendar set up specifically for "House bills". Doing this has the added bonus of allowing me to share it across devices, and access/edit from my work and home PCs.

I am in the last district, with all four heroes, 90% of the building and the manager maxxed out on levels... and I did not have to make a single in app purchase. It's a fun game, but you will find yourself grinding through workout sessions (to raise power and HP) for the last few districts.

TL;DR: Fun game, and you don't need to buy anything to enjoy it all the way through.

Soliciting LinkedIn recommendations from your co-workers (where actual thought and words are needed) is almost like deep sea fishing for compliments. There's
plenty of hand wringing and the unsaid expectation that you will return an equally glowing recommendation on their profile.

Giving endorsements are like a drive-by-shooting. You can sit on the screen and pound on the "Endorse all Four" button until your finger cramps up. As such, they're meaningless.

There needs to be a happy medium between the two.

In theory it should, but the Kickstarter page and video don't mention the ability to run anything besides the pre-installed Bike App.

The issue I have is that it relies on Peleton for all its content. If something happens to them, you have an exercise bike with a practically useless touch-screen attached.

If it did more than just provide spin classes (e.g. Watch my own video, play my own music, read books, etc.) I would consider it.

I tried a demo of Tiny Token Empires on the PS3 and couldn't get out of the tutorial. The text was tiny and in a fancy font that made it difficult to read the directions. Maybe it will be easier to read on a smaller screen?

I was a huge fan of Cartoonwars, until one day it started sending me push notifications.I haven't downloaded another Gamevil game since.

And don't even get me started on GLU. Lil Kingdom (their version of Tiny Tower) has had a "bug" in it for at least a year now where the "randomly selected" item you need to fill a collection is stuck on the same item (the Crystal), meaning the ONLY way to progress further in the game is to pay.

For some reason, they don't seem to want to acknowledge this bug or attempt to fix it.

My guess is so that you can pick and choose what you need to conserve space. I live in the Pacific Northwest, so Wildfires and Earthquakes are relevant. Hurricanes? Not so much.
