Perch (perchapp.com) is a great app that allows you to watch the social, review and online activity for nearby businesses that you designate, definitely one to add to the list.

Thanks for sharing... Think of this often, while I haven't had a similar experience. My husband had a basketball injury last year that has left his leg paralyzed. He has more surgery in a week and I am so nervous about the anesthesia. Makes me think that we too should schedule daily yoga sessions or something positive and good for us versus good for work.

As a parent, I would be absolutely mortified to think that my children could be so hurtful. How would these children even begin to think that this type of action is okay. Who is parenting these kids? Doesn't seem like this was behavior that was new to them. These kids need a good boot camp. If I lived in the same community, I would have to move. How can they be truly sorry after the long length of truly evil spirited comments to this sweet lady. Sick sick sick.

Honestly, my main gripe is just that I don't want everything published. If my daughter takes over the wheel on spotify and rocks out to the latest pre-teen music, it is all over my Facebook page. I don't want to necessarily turn it off however because I have had several friends who have recommended other artists based on what they have seen me listen to. The social experience is both flawed and brilliant. I do love looking at others' playlists and learning about my contacts and their musical tastes.

Interesting. Last night was the first time I was afraid too. Not to mention that I often set up accounts for non-profits and help them along. I don't want to be the only one and the changes between my personal and company accounts don't seem obvious.

Nice write-up. I am a big Netflix user and have found that we never get DVDs anymore anyway, it is such a pain. Instant gratification is the name of the game. I honestly think that they are making a smart move. Otherwise, they run the risk of being another dying movie rental business. Also, the streaming customers get a bonus in this recent change. People bitch to bitch. It's time to evolve people.
