I know the libraries I've used used to have situations like that, although that was mostly for newly released books that were in high demand, so I'm not sure if there would be many people requesting this one. Plus the system would probably have said that you were in a queue... Are you copying and pasting from Word or Notepad? That is when it seems to happen to me.
