Good to know I'm not the only one.

I've yesterday been trying to chase away the displayed html by changing all kind of things I could imagine, no way. Later I presented my problem to a friend who's pretty good and he stated pretty spontaneously "Yeah, they have to escape the html somewhere on the way!"

Sergio, the feed for the carrotmob-wiki, ID 1320, http://feeds.feedburner.com/Kabo/CarrotMobWiki/... validates and should very likely work. Thanks for taking a look again.

Re: why do ping.fm posts triggered by twitterlive display raw html?

Just checked in feed validator: the soup-feed for the multilingual-wiki reports an issue, true. The other four are valid. These feeds go into twitterlive.

And yes, it happens with every single post.

To avoid (add) confusion: The soup-feed for a wiki merges two different kinds of feeds. Those for the different day-page-sets displaying full pages and that for the changes displaying the page summary. The merge is valid though for four of the wikis.

Re: why do ping.fm posts triggered by twitterlive display raw html?

twitter twitterlive ID

CarrotMobWiki	1504 (1486, 1485, 1320 paused)
MultiLingualWik	1707
GreenLandWiki	915 (1507 paused)
KaboWikiList	2072
WhoRTheyWiki	1928

Each wiki provides a changes-feed and various feeds from so called day-page-sets. These feeds are included via feedburner into a soup.io account for each wiki which provides the soup-feed. The soup-feed is included via feedburner into twitterlive. Twitterlive triggers ping.fm. Ping.fm triggers the various accounts for the wikis on twitter, identi,ca, jaiku, yahoo etc.

I had been using twitterfeed instead of twitterlive before until ping.fm stopped to support it in ~ spring 2010. It worked before, wiki edits were posted correctly into the various micrcoblogging services.

Using twitterlive now pretty much everything runs fine except: Somewhere on the way from twitterlive to ping.fm, or probably within ping.fm itself the posts turn to display raw html instead of the rendered text. That means all accounts for the wikis on µ-services receive raw html which is ugly. Example: http://socialsynergyweb.com...

Likely this is a ping.fm issue, less likely it's twitterlive, probably it's both.

In any case thanks a lot for twitterlive and for your presence in this support forum.

Re: SiliconValois: VideoCampParis2

Seesmic video reply from Disqus.

Re: SiliconValois: VideoCampParis2

Seesmic video reply from Disqus.

Re: eArt-wiki-hive ChainVideo: MattisStartupOnSeesmic

Seesmic video reply from Disqus.

Re: eArt-wiki-hive ChainVideo: FrontPage

Trying out a disqus comment sent from the chain-video-wiki http://eartwiki.org/cgi-bin...

Re: eArt-wiki-hive ChainVideo: MattisStartupOnSeesmic

@xtof made an account http://disqus.com/people/Ma...
