Early on I just created a placeholder value in the keygroup and checked for that. If not there, I assume it's never been created before and create/save a fresh one.

On Windows, if you choose to "hide" file extensions, you probably had "es_hello.txt.txt". The final name of the file *absolutely* must be "es_hello.txt" but keep in mind that Windows may hide the ".txt" part from you.

If Windows Explorer shows you "es_hello" but it has a little Notepad icon next to it and calls it a "Text document" or similar, then you're doing it correctly. See:

Alternatively, if you have Windows Explorer configured to show file extensions on files, then it will say "es_hello.txt" as it does on my computer. See: http://pics.gd/2009-07-06_0...

We use sitemaps because we have a lot of deep content. I can attest to getting far, far more of those deep pages indexed than we did without sitemaps. I think his advice is misplaced.

Log in would be via your Disqus account. Disqus is used all over the web for blog comments, etc. So just use that account to work with the comments.

And yeah, I get emails for some reason when these are made because I started the Disqus integration.

Consensus with my friends is that red can only win if blue plays badly. It is possible to win if blue plays pretty badly and doesn't throw some of his lower-point troopers at tanks to get bonuses.

I think making a rotating/repairing hexagon shape for red is one of the best defenses. Concentrate on only allowing attacks on the hexagon corners and rotating those inward to repair, while building light artillery to kill off tens of troopers a turn.

Fun 1-on-1 map. Takes some hard playing, though, to ensure a clear victory. I tend to buy lots of light artillery with my income early on.

Very easy to get into a three-way standoff. Do your best to break them early or you'll never end this map. :)
