Long time listener, first time caller. Or something like that. ;)

I just wanted to drop a quick line to say I think your show needs Cathy. I discovered Inside Network Marketing sometime back, I've listend to all the Inside Network Marketing podcasts and expect to not ever mis a future episode. But I'm what one would call a Network Marketing "nerd" so of course I'll listen. But with the addition of a fun female personality mixed in I really think you'll broaden the reach.

Cathy you make the show a lot of fun. I look forward to the next episode.

Side note: How come the podcast isn't published on iTunes? Personally I'd really appreciate being able to listen to it on there.

Folks in the Direct Sales profession have been knowing this for decades. With the technology these days though it's become even more "in fashion" in recent years and trending more and more in that direction for sure.

Wonderful message in today's post.

It's important to know that there are no "mistakes" and everything really does always work out for the best.

I love the line that talks about how this is happening for the good and it's not necessarily any of my business to understand exactly what good is to come of this but to simply have the faith and expectation that good, in fact, is coming of this.

With this attitude and understanding nothing will ever be "to hard to bear."

No doubt this one will ruffle some feathers but good for you for putting your thoughts and opinions out there anyway. I appreciate what you're doing.

I'd also like to touch on something Michael Eisbrener brought up in the comments below about 10% retention in any industry. We must remember that a 10% retention rate is not bad (dare I say fantastic) in any business model and is a wonderful number to work with to build true legacy income.

Couldn't give you an exact quote as I sit in front of my computer at this moment but Jim Rohn's voice is in my head right not saying something about how now you know the percentage, so factor it into your plan and work it!

I hope none of the easily influenced industry newbies see this post and think the program they're in won't work if it fits the "consumption" model as you described it. But then again I suppose if they give up they're goals and dreams to jump the fence to another game based on the opinions of another then they're doomed anyway. :)
